Raise the Bar are launching cocktail clubs in Glasgow!

If you know me, you’ll be well aware that I bloody love a good cocktail. So I’m super excited to be telling you all about Raise The Bar’s first event at Rawlings! Heard of a supper club? Well this is basically a cocktail club and there’s not much you can’t like about that. (Unless you don’t drink of course but then, you wouldn’t be reading this!)

The event will be held on Friday the 26th of April at Rawlings – Love to Eat and starts at 7pm. There is a VERY limited amount of tickets so please book fast to avoid any disappointment!!! (Hell yeah! Support small businesses!) TICKETS HERE

The tickets are £35 each which includes a cocktail on arrival. A rum cocktail masterclass in which you can learn how to make Raise the Bar’s signature cocktail “Mangoes to Cuba” and how to make your own twist on the classic “Daquiri”. A gin cocktail masterclass in which you will be shown how to make both a “Bramble” and a “Honey and Hibiscus Sour”. (I haven’t tried the sour but it sounds delightful!). The masterclasses are interactive and you can get involved as much as you would like!

And to top it off an introduction to the perfect serve for a wide selection of gins! Their aim is to prove that there is the perfect gin out there for everyone. But from past experience 8/10 gins I’ve tried have been pretty perfect for me so this is the part I’m most looking forward to!

Also… COMPETITION time! You can impress the Raise the Bar team with your own unique concoction to win a PRIZE!! Send a direct message to their facebook (Raise the Bar Glasgow). Remember to include the name of your cocktail and the ingredients required (5 ingredients max) so you make your masterpiece on the night!

This is a great opportunity to support local businesses, learn about different cocktails and to have a fun night! I hope to see some of you there!
